Shipping Information

In order to preserve the Wagyu beef that you order from us, we place your Wagyu in special ice-pack-filled containers and deliver your order via overnight shipping. Our packaging is designed to maintain a temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit or less for up to 30 hours. You must place your order by 5 PM Pacific Time in order to be eligible for next day delivery. We only deliver during the week, Monday through Friday.

While we will always try our best to ensure that you receive your Wagyu beef the next day, please understand that rare circumstances such as holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen situations may result in changes to the expected delivery date.
